Since 2018, Naytri Sramek has served in various positions at GitHub, Inc., a subsidiary of Microsoft Corporation, most recently as Chief of Staff to the CEO, who recently transitioned to the role of Chairman Emeritus. From 2017 to 2018, she was the Head of Enterprise at Crew, a workplace management software company acquired by Block, Inc. in 2021. Prior to that, she has served in various positions at Palantir Technologies Inc.. Ms. Sramek received a B.A. in Business Economics from the University of California Los Angeles.
