Courtney is a second-year Software Engineering PhD student at Carnegie Mellon co-advised by Bogdan Vasilescu and Christian Kästner. Her primary research interests are open source sustainability, and developer productivity, coordination, and communication. She recently gave a highlighted talk on her recent award winning work exploring toxicity in open source communities at the Linux Open Source Summit of North America in Austin, TX.
