Malvika Sharan is a senior researcher for open research at The Alan Turing Institute in the UK with her focus. She is a co-lead of The Turing Way, an open source community and a handbook on data science. She also leads the Turing's Research Community Management team.
She is a co-founder of OLS (previously Open Life Science), a open science capacity building organisation, best known for its cohort-based mentoring and training programme incubated from Mozilla Open Leadership.
