Chelsea Finnie is a Senior Network DevOps Engineer at REANNZ, where they focus on infrastructure automation across networks, systems, and supporting platforms. Known as an expert generalist, Chelsea enjoys working across technical boundaries to improve maintainability, reduce complexity, and help teams run critical systems with confidence.
Chelsea also builds technical communities that people genuinely want to be part of. They are Chair of Python New Zealand, were Conference Director for Kiwi PyCon 2025, and are part of the PyCon AU core team, helping shape a welcoming, inclusive, and thoughtfully chaotic conference culture.
