Chad Whitacre is an engineer on the Open Source Team at Sentry, a performance and error monitoring company that started in 2008 as a 70-line Django plugin and is now a proper startup unicorn. His job is to help Sentry’s engineers and users collaborate to make Sentry even better than it already is. Chad helped organize the first Sustain conference back in 2017, while working on a crowdfunding platform for open source projects called Gratipay (aka Gittip).
