Dudley joined Google in 2006 after Google acquired his first startup. He went on to work on Google Voice and Chrome while at Google. After Google, Dudley joined Moz to turn around their massive flagship product rewrite and build new products on NodeJS (starting with version 0.10.0) and React.

At the start of the pandemic, Dudley and others launched one of the first open source contact tracing apps to help deploy and scale exposure notifications to the whole state of Nevada. Dudley, with his co-founders, now builds StackAid.us to automatically fund all your dependencies with a single subscription.
